Alpine Aviation, is looking for a flight instructor that enjoys teaching and loves being in the mountains.
Our flight students expect our flight instructors to have aviation knowledge, good safe flying skills and allow them to fly the plane.
Alpine Aviation has been providing flight training in Grass Valley for over 25 years. We are located in the Sierra Nevada Foothills within an hour from Lake Tahoe and with endless outdoor activities. We have world class mountain biking, skiing, kayaking and other outdoor sports available in our area
The Flight Instructor must be current which includes minimum 2nd class commercial flight medical, 90 day night and day flight currency and is a commercial pilot with FAR 61.57 currency. A CFII is a plus or can be earned while working for us.
There are other opportunities available at Alpine Aviation such as Single Engine Sea CFI rating and Part 135 charter pilot.
