Aircraft Pre-Buy Inspections
Know What You’re Buying—Before You Buy It
Purchasing an aircraft is a major investment—and a comprehensive Pre-Buy Inspection is one of the most important steps you can take to protect that investment. At Alpine Aviation, we provide detailed, objective evaluations to help you make an informed decision before finalizing your aircraft purchase.

Our Pre-Buy Inspections are conducted by experienced technicians who follow the manufacturer’s Maintenance Manual and use our own internal checklists and double sign-off process to ensure nothing is overlooked. We assess the aircraft’s mechanical condition, airworthiness, logbooks, AD and SB compliance, and overall maintenance history. If desired, we’ll also provide insight into potential upgrade paths or anticipated future maintenance costs.

During a Pre-Buy Inspection, we typically evaluate:
-
Airframe and engine condition
-
Propeller and accessory inspections
-
Avionics functionality
-
Control surfaces and structural integrity
-
Interior and cosmetic condition
-
Corrosion, damage history, and repair quality
-
Compliance with Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins
-
Verification of logbook accuracy and maintenance records
Our goal is to give you a clear, honest picture of the aircraft’s condition so you can negotiate confidently or walk away wisely. We’ll walk you through our findings and answer any questions you have—before and after the inspection.

Avoid surprises. Protect your investment.
Let Alpine Aviation perform your Pre-Buy Inspection and help you take the next step in aircraft ownership with confidence.
